IAAIEAI & Innovation in Education
An international founding initiative

Education for
human growth.
In the AI era.

Connecting research, school practice and AI innovation — so that every learner can understand, create and grow.

International Association for AI and Innovation in Education
Understanding beyond answers✳Learning through practice✳Growing through connection

When AI can give answers,
what should education give?

The capacity to understand the world, exercise independent judgment and shape the future.

More assignments and more polished results do not necessarily mean deeper learning. We are proposing IAAIE to reconnect education with its purpose: the growth of people.

Our vision of School 2.0 is a learning community that connects knowledge, real life, people and society. AI should extend inquiry and creativity, while teachers’ judgment and human relationships remain essential.

A shared foundation

Three capacities.
One whole learner.

Sound knowledge supports inquiry, creativity and judgment. These capacities grow together.

01

AI Intelligence

Combine AI literacy with human knowledge, judgment and creativity. Extend inquiry, improve solutions and take responsibility for decisions.

Explore · Question · Create
02

Hands-on Intelligence

Turn knowledge into action through investigation, making, experimentation and revision — and test ideas against the real world.

Investigate · Make · Improve
03

Social Intelligence

Learn to listen, communicate, negotiate and care for others through authentic collaboration and shared responsibility.

Listen · Connect · Collaborate

01

International dialogue

+

Bring researchers, schools, policymakers, businesses and students together through conferences and thematic working groups. Share practices, discuss challenges and make room for young people’s voices.

02

Curriculum & professional learning

+

Co-design curricula and assessments that connect foundational knowledge, authentic inquiry and ethical judgment. Support teachers in AI literacy, entrepreneurship education, teaching, assessment and administrative work.

03

Research & publications

+

Develop research reports, policy briefs, tool evaluations and documented classroom cases. Share learning outcomes and limitations openly, focusing on understanding, application and continued growth.

04

Resource sharing & collaboration

+

Build a shared network of curriculum frameworks, project templates and teaching tools. Help schools with different resource levels participate and connect students with real problems and partners.

05

Educational AI development & evaluation

+

Connect schools, researchers and businesses to co-design and pilot tools. Examine educational value, accuracy, bias, accessibility, privacy, equity and learning outcomes. Use transparent standards, disclose interests and preserve independent review. Membership or sponsorship does not guarantee endorsement.

Our commitment

Technology should serve
human dignity.

Curiosity. Empathy. Independent judgment. Responsibility.

These are worth protecting. We advocate age-appropriate AI boundaries, teachers’ professional judgment, necessary and secure data use, and human review of important decisions.

Our declaration draws on UNESCO’s concepts of Education for Sustainable Development and Global Citizenship Education, with attention to equity and our shared future.
